🔹 In fact, USDT has been on Bitcoin since 2014 through Omni Layer, another protocol built on Bitcoin. However, Omni is slow, costly, and has low usage. As a result, most USDT today resides on Ethereum, Tron, and other blockchains.
🔹 Now with RGB, USDT is returning to Bitcoin in a new and upgraded way. It is more private, scales better, and is more flexible than Omni.
🔹 Users will be able to hold USDT and Bitcoin in the same wallet.
