This year, I played all the games I chose to nominate or closely followed their development unlike last year, when, apart from 3 or 4 titles, I mostly just followed the hype. From discovering the @Moca_Network on Sandbox (an unforgettable night with the bros trying to collect all the coins ^^), to weekends farming CosmicRoyale with my cousin. Evenings spent exploring the universe of SpaceNation, leveling up my captain and ship. Introducing Web3 gaming to my nephew through an innovative chess game (I probably shouldn’t have… now he’s kicking my ass in Anichess ^^). Weeks spent hunting monsters, evolving them, cooking recipes, or even doing parkour on PortalFantasy ^^ Discovering the depths of Revenge and the universe of Mara, and seeing the evolution of @EverreachLabs ’s work has been such an incredible thrill. The whole Dark Degen universe fits me perfectly. I’ve seen OCH & GigaVerse grow on Abstract for over a year, and their whole ecosystem has just been incredible. Discovering the amazing world of Chronoforge and finally being able to play it with the bros. And of course, my favorite, Pudgy Party. I’m not usually a fan of, or even a player of, mobile games but bro, this one’s just a banger. When three-quarters of your family plays it, your girlfriend, your friends… and all of them outside of Web3... you know the reason is simple: the game is just good.
