[Important Announcement] CTC Mainnet Global Node Public Offering Officially Launched Dear TT Users, To promote the construction and development of the CTC Mainnet ecosystem, TT Exchange will officially launch the CTC Mainnet Global Node Public Offering on October 16, 2025, from 12:00 to 15:00 (Singapore Time). The public offering period will last for 30 days. This node subscription is open to all TT users and will adopt a first-come, first-served limited-quantity model. Users who successfully subscribe will be eligible to receive CTC Mainnet node dividends and share the long-term benefitsof the ecosystem’s growth. I. Node Types and Dividend Rights The CTC Mainnet offers four node levels, allowing users to flexibly choose according to their needs: ZhiQi Node (Initiation Node) • Subscription Price: 500 USDY + 1250 CTC, or 500 USDT • Dividend Rate: 5% every 3 months ZhiHui Node (Insight Node) • Subscription Price: 2500 USDY + 6250 CTC, or 2500 USDT • Dividend Rate: 10% every 3 months ZhiCe Node (Strategy Node) • Subscription Price: 10,000 USDY + 25,000 CTC, or 10,000 USDT • Dividend Rate: 15% every 3 months ZhiDing Node (Summit Node) • Subscription Price: 25,000 USDY + 62,500 CTC, or 25,000 USDT • Dividend Rate: 20% every 3 months II. Dividend and Earnings Details Node dividends are distributed from on-chain transaction fee revenues generated by the CTC Mainnet. Dividends are distributed every 3 months and will be automatically credited to your TT spot account. Each user may subscribe to multiple nodes of different or identical levels, with no purchase limit. The dividend rate is fixed by node level, but actual returns may fluctuate based on total on-chain fee income. III. Referral Commission Program To encourage community participation in the CTC ecosystem, a two-tier referral commission program is available: Direct Referrer: Receives 10% of the referred user’s subscription amount. Indirect Referrer: Receives 5% of the referred user’s subscription amount. Commissions will be automatically distributed after the referred user successfully subscribes to a node. The payout currency will match the subscription currency, subject to future platform announcements. IV. How to Participate Log in to the TT Exchange App or Web Platform. Navigate to the “CTC Node Subscription” section on the homepage. Select your preferred node level and ensure sufficient USDY (and USDT or CTC) balance in your account. Click “Subscribe Now” — the system will automatically deduct the required funds and generate your node position. V. Additional Notes Each node type is available in limited quantities — sales end once fully subscribed. No refunds are supported once the node subscription is completed.
